How much will it cost?
Prices depend on the design and if we need to supply any materials so please fill in the contact form or send us a message and we will get back to you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
It depends on the job itself, but yes we usually ask for a 50% deposit and the balance on collection.
How long will it take?
Bespoke items take around 8 - 10 weeks from proceed and payment of deposit, Repairs are usually 1-2 weeks depending on what is needed, but please do ask if you need it for a specific date as I may be able to fit it in
What metals do you work with?
We work with all precious metals e.g. silver, gold, platinum and palladium, and we have suppliers of titanium and zirconium jewellery as well.
Can you supply stones?
Yes, we can get most stones in from UK-based reputable suppliers. If required we can get a selection for you to see and choose your favourite.
Is it insured?
We are fully insured, and anything that has to be posted is sent by Royal Mail special delivery, which includes insurance.
Do you do it all yourself?
We do the majority ourselves, but there are a few things that we send out to get done, such as hallmarking and engraving.
Do you do repairs?
Yes we do repairs, We are happy to take a look to see what needs doing before giving you a price. Take a look at the repairs and alterations section for more information.
Do you do engraving?
We send our engraving out to a couple of different places depending on the style you would like, take a look at the engraving section for more information.
Do you post outside the UK?
No, due to recent regulations, it is not possible for me to post outside of the United Kingdom.
Can I Collect?
Yes. Please get in touch with me to arrange a convenient day and time to collect your purchase.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. So I can give you my full attention, please contact me to arrange a date and time.
