Each piece of jewellery by Across the Courtyard Jewellery Design is made by hand, so it may vary slightly from any pictures.

All items will be hallmarked as required under UK law.

All stones and materials are ethically sourced and conflict-free, as far as we are able to guarantee from our suppliers.

All metals used meet the standard alloys stated under UK law, and as such, we take no responsibility for any allergic reaction experienced whilst wearing. We also take no responsibility for the quality and purity of any metals supplied by the customer.

This site and all its original content are the sole property of Across the Courtyard Jewellery Design and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and any other intellectual property rights laws.

Your personal data will never be shared with anyone.

Anything on this site, including the blog, is for information only.

When a ready-to-wear item is purchased online, you agree to pay the stated price, but we reserve the right to refund and/or cancel at any time due to any major fluctuations in costs or availability.

Refunds may be given in full if requested within 30 days if the item is in a re-saleable condition, unless the item has been personalised.

Personalised items will be considered for a refund or an exchange only if they are faulty and the issue cannot be resolved.

General wear and tear and any evidence of misuse will not be considered for a refund or exchange. Bespoke and remodelled items are considered as personalised and are therefore not eligible for refunds unless faulty, this includes alterations and engraving.

Any repairs or faults will be considered on an individual basis within 3 months of purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

For bespoke designs, remodelling, and ready-to-wear items, any limitations, e.g., stone properties, alterations, and use of own metal, will be explained at the time of purchase or design consultation.

The 50% deposit taken for bespoke commissions is non-refundable unless requested before any materials are ordered. Any orders will only be discussed with the person who placed them unless given express permission.

Any failure to deliver on time due to circumstances outside our control will not be considered for refund. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Photos will be taken of the finished piece and some times of the making process, these will be shared to social media unless otherwise requested.
